April 12, 2008 - 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. - Three organizations, Wingspan Air Heritage Foundation, Wings of Flight Foundation, and Warbirds Unlimited, present "Wings Over Anzio," a day of appreciating our veterans with numerous displays of vintage WWII aircraft, vehicles and history displays. Hosted by Anzio Landing restaurant, the day promises to be a time to view and enjoy many aircraft and vehicles not seen in any local museums. It will be a time to learn about and remember our service men and women who served in our armed forces.

Where: Anzio Landing Restaurant - 2613 N Thunderbird Cir, Mesa, AZ 85215; Falcon Field
What: Over a dozen+ vintage WWII aircraft (Warbirds); including the Douglas C-47; P-51 Mustang; North American
T-6 Texans; Cessna UC-78 Bobcat; Grumman TBM; and the B-25H "Barbie III." The event will have numerous military
vehicles, and other displays.
Cost: $5, Age 15 - Adult; $3 Age 6 - 14; Age 5 & under, Free. All proceeds benefit Wingspan Air, Wings
of Flight Foundation, and Warbirds Unlimited Foundation.
